Chairlift and Gondola Rides

Adventure Ridge, situated high atop Vail Mountain™, is the first day-and-night activity center of its kind in the world. Accessible via the Eagle Bahn™ gondola, this thrilling activity center offers a nine-hole regulation disc golf course, horseshoes, croquet, bocci ball, volleyball, orienteering, indoor laser tag, entertainment, dining and more. Take the Centennial Express chairlift to the top of Beaver Creek Mountain and take a spin on the resort’s extensive network of mountain bike trails. Explore the mountain on your own or sign up for instruction or a guided tour. Guided tours (some of which include a gourmet lunch) are also available at Vail Resort, in Glenwood Canyon, and on Vail Pass, Shrine Pass and Boreas Pass.  Bike rentals are available.

Nature Hiking
The Beaver Creek Outdoor Activity Center offers hiking on Beaver Creek and Vail mountains, as well as in the Holy Cross Wilderness and San Isabel National Forest districts. Guides are educated in areas of Rocky Mountain flora, fauna, wildlife and local history. Half-day and full-day public hikes are available by reservation and private hikes can be customized for groups.  Want to explore by yourself? Trail maps are available for self-guided hikes.
