Enjoy cross-country skiing, telemark skiing and snowshoeing on the Nordic and backcountry trails found throughout the Vail Valley. At Beaver Creek you can enjoy classical, skate, telemark, and snowshoe equipment rentals along with daily private or group lessons so that you may enjoy more from the Nordic sports.

It’s a best-kept secret in Beaver Creek - McCoy Park at Beaver Creek features a superb, 32-kilometer track system complete with skating lanes, snowshoe trails and amazing mountaintop views. Vail offers backcountry tours departing from Golden Peak, as well as gourmet lunch tours and Adventure Ridge sunset tours. Both resorts offer instruction, equipment rental and retail shops. Group prices vary.
